From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service. They were very professional and even spoke some English. The location of the hotel was perfect - right next to the main entrance gate of the old town. The spacious room was spotless and modern, with amazing air conditioning. We also enjoyed taking a dip in the swimming pool upon request. The hotel’s fast Wi-Fi was a bonus.
Honestly, there wasn’t much that we disliked about our stay. However, we were disappointed that the terrace was closed during our visit.

the room was clean with modern amenities, including good air conditioning and reliable WiFi. the location couldn't be beat - situated right next to the entrance gate of the old town.
The terrace was closed during my visit, and though the staff mentioned the possibility of using the swimming pool, I did not take advantage of it. there were no significant negative aspects that detracted from my enjoyable stay.

Very professional and helpful staff. English spoken. Assistance with car rental return. Spacious, clean, and modern room. Excellent air conditioning. Swimming pool available upon request. Reliable taxi service for early morning airport transfer. Good wifi. Perfect central location for exploring the old town.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful, they assisted me with the car rental and a taxi for my early flight. The location is excellent, right opposite the bus stop and near the historical center of the city. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and the airco worked perfectly. The hotel also offers a swimming pool upon request. The wifi was fast and reliable, and I had no issues during my stay.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was situated right next to the entrance gate of the old town and across the dolmuş bus stop. Our room was spacious, modern, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. the staff was very professional, spoke some English, and assisted us with our car rental and early morning taxi to the airport. the wifi was reliable, and the breakfast was satisfying.
